IntraMax Liquid Nutrition is now my favorite morning wake-upper. What made me buy it is in liquid form. Since a child, I always found it excruciating to swallow pills. I don't know why I never learned how to swallow pills. Even if I gulp a full glass of bottle, the pill just stays on my tongue. I have always wanted to take multi-vitamin tablets but the problem I really didn't like swallowing tablets.
Since this is in liquid nutrition, I didn't have any problem with my daily intake of multi-vitamins. Another good thing about it is that it has everything that a person can need. I don't have to take separate Vitamin C or Vitamin D or Vitamin E because the IntraMax is complete. My friends tell me that the multi-vitamins that they are taking make them feel drowsy but not this product. On the contrary, I feel more energetic everyday since taking this. It's also effective in strengthening the immune system. Why did I say so? Because before taking this, I always get sinusitis. There was never a year when I didn't contracted colds but since taking it, I never got sinusitis or any illness.

I also love the taste and the price. For a month's supply, I am spend only a fraction of what I should have paid for in ineffective multivitamins and hospitalization fees if I got sick. Truly, there is no cheaper complete nutrition product in the market. The taste is also very fruity. I always buy the Peach Mango flavor. Even if there are lots of vitamins that are included in the package, we are surprised to learn it tastes like natural Peach Mango juice. Drinking it every morning is just like drinking your favorite morning juice.
