Vitamin C - how much is too much for our system? Without question this seems to be on most people's minds when they are thinking about taking vitamin supplements. It's really only then that there could be a possible overdose. The fact is, you can't really overdose on a daily Vitamin C intake to the point of doing yourself any real harm.

It is also responsible for the assistance in the formation of collagen, which helps, for one thing, keep our organs in place, which I think we all agree, is vital.
Vitamin C is also a good antioxidant, this enables the body to maximize the usefulness of Folic Acid and Iron as well as other Vitamins and Minerals.
